Mason Baren Newborn Session | NJ Family Photography
Sweet baby Mason, welcome to the world little man! I love doing NJ family photography and this newborn session was no exception!
I love love love all of these black and white images of baby Mason. It was SO tough to decide what to share because little baby features are some of my favorite. We so quickly forget how tiny out children were in the beginning- how fragile they felt to us. The little stretches, grunts, their soft skin and silky hair… it changes in the blink of an eye, so I try to take extra time during each NJ family photography session to capture these details.
These timeless, heirloom-quality black and white portraits are perfect for framing.
Fur baby is not so impressed with human baby. It’s hard to no longer be the only child!
The next best thing to NJ family photography sessions for me? Generational photography! If you have a parent or sibling helping you during the early newborn stages, having them join for a few photographs is a gift for both of you. They say that becoming a grandparent is even better than becoming a parent…
So many sweet moments during this at-home newborn session, don’t you think?
I’m often asked when the best time to schedule your newborn session is. My recommendation is to book it for a week or two from your due date. We all know that babies can’t be rushed, but if you’re certain about your delivery date, go ahead and book for about five days post. If you’re not quite sure, book for about 10 days from your due date- we’ll keep in touch during the latter stages of your pregnancy to be sure the timing will work. I want to make sure your NJ family photography session falls during that perfect stage of newborn cuddliness.
