phase 1
initial consultation
To begin, you will first meet with Nicole to discuss the details for your session - the time of year, location for the session, and what moments you want to capture. You’ll walk through your vision and she’ll provide her expert feedback to ensure you receive a completely unique experience. After your call, Nicole will spend time curating the details for your session so that you’ll have a one-of-a-kind experience.
phase 2
WARDROBE CONSULTATION
As part of this experience, you will be provided access to a curated wardrobe complete with an in-person try-on prior to your session. Access to the exclusive NKB Client Wardrobe is available for your entire family. Nicole can also help coordinate your family’s outfits by creating Pinterest boards with shoppable links, giving you a custom experience from start to finish.
phase 3
MILESTONE SESSION
For the session, you’ll get a 60 minute photographic experience with Nicole. You’ll be guided by Nicole throughout the session and she’ll ensure that you get the perfect shots to highlight each person’s unique personality.
Want the full pampering experience? Hair and make-up are available for an additional fee. Before the session begins, you’ll have an appointment with an expert hair and make-up artist who will ensure you not only look but feel your best for the session. This person is hand-selected by Nicole, so you’ll work with someone you can trust.
phase 4
GALLERY REVEAL & FAMILY ARTWORK DESIGN APPOINTMENT
After your session, you’ll meet with Nicole for your design and ordering appointment. In the appointment, you’ll get to see your images for the first time and relive the moments that were captured. This exclusive appointment allows you to choose beautiful framed prints that are custom to your home and create unique heirloom albums that will sit on your coffee table for years to come.
Once you’ve decided on how you want to preserve your memories, your heirloom order will be placed. It will be hand inspected by Nicole when it arrives to ensure the pieces meet her strict standards. Nicole can also arrange for professional installation of your pieces after they arrive, so you can be assured they’ll hang beautifully in your home. At the end of the journey, you’ll receive your custom heirlooms to enjoy for years to come.
