Mentorship
One of the best things you can do for your business is invest in yourself. A great way to do that is through mentorship. Mentorship allows you to discuss the ins and outs of your business with someone who has years of experience and has probably been in your same situation. I offer 1:1 mentorship where we spend dedicated one on one time together to focus on you and your business.
Interested in 1:1 Mentorship?
Mentorship includes finding your ideal client, identifying your resources, establishing goals, setting priorities for your business, and creating action plans to help you reach your goals. Working together is in strict confidence and I plan to help you and your business succeed in any way I can.
Throughout the relationship, we will have several calls, which will include asking detailed questions about you and your business along with discussing steps you can take to achieve your goals. The purpose of these interactions is to remind you of your own intentions, and coach you to realize them.
What do I need from you?
Mentorship requires you to be open and honest about where you’re at in your business. It can be scary to open up your business to someone else, but I’m here to provide a safe environment for you to learn and grow.
In order for our relationship to achieve the desired outcome, you’ll need to be honest, participate fully, and come prepared for the sessions. That may include doing some outside work such as reviewing your business finances or reaching out to past clients to get their feedback.
To see success with mentorship, you’ll need to make a commitment to the action plans you create. If at any point, you see that the program is not working as you desire, we’ll work together to better address desired goals.

Here’s what former mentees had to say
I posted on a Motherhood FB group to learn how to achieve a certain portrait style. Nicole responded with some tips and the offer to reach out to her. With the advice she has given me, I was able to book out an entire mini session day and make my first ever print and frame sale. My client ended up booking my highest collection!
Nicole’s advice has truly helped me market to a high-end clientele, something I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to do. She is so great at what she does, so patient, and truly cares about helping others in the industry.

I would say the biggest shift I've had was my mindset regarding pricing. It was very helpful to recognize that I had more expenses than I realized and to build them into my pricing. The spreadsheet was also great because it broke everything down for me. I'm honestly amazed at your business/financial brain! That's the main reason why I reached out. I saw what you were doing from afar and knew you had it right and I wanted to learn from you. I appreciated how open you are.
[Since working together], I raised both my wedding and family session minimums which weeds out the lower budget clients and helps me have more time and creativity for these new clients who truly value what I'm providing.
