Timeless, Minimal Wedding Inspiration at Maplewood Club New Jersey

It may seem controversial to say this about a wedding, but sometimes less is more! I’m a sucker for a timeless wedding. Minimal “fuss” and big love is where it all starts, so what’s so wrong about letting that translate to the wedding day?

For this styled wedding inspiration shoot at Maplewood Club in New Jersey (aka the Little Club. ), it was all about clean lines and muted tones. We wanted a modern take on a ‘country club wedding’. The end result is perennial and everlasting!

I especially loved the vibes the lush, garden-style white and green florals brought to the design and the tennis court inspired cake! The calligrapher knocked it out of the court -pun intended- with the tournament styled seating chart and playful menus as well as the well-named cocktail signage.

FUN FACT! While this shoot was intended to only be styled, this couple actually eloped a couple years ago in a quick and simple ceremony on the beach with only immediate family. These photos will now serve as their wedding images which they can cherish for days to come.
