Maternity Photographer in Miami: The Top Four Places for Your Maternity Session In and Around Miami

As a maternity photographer in Miami, I love finding different locations for maternity sessions. While I love the look of a studio maternity session, I prefer outdoor sessions because of the scenery and lighting. Here are my top four places for maternity sessions in and around Miami.

Matheson Hammock Park

Matheson Hammock Park is a beautiful park located south of Miami on Biscayne Bay. There’s a beach with gorgeous views plus plenty of green space with Florida mangroves and trees filled with Spanish moss. I loved shooting this milestone session here because we were able to get both beach photos and photos with greenery in the background.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a historic estate with incredible gardens located in Miami that has a rich history and beautiful architecture. Every time you turn a corner, there’s something new to discover in the gardens such as elaborate fountains and antique sculptures. As a maternity photographer in Miami, Vizcaya is one of my favorite places to shoot at!

South Inlet Park

I love South Inlet Park because there are a variety of places to take photos including on the beach, on the jetty, and in a wooded area. It’s a great place to get sunset beach photos too. Plus, South Inlet Park isn’t as crowded as the other locations on this list, so we won’t have to worry about working around as many people. 

North Beach

North Beach is perfect for a classic beach maternity session. From the blue water to the sandy beaches and the palm trees, it doesn’t get much better than North Beach. I love doing sessions here as a maternity photographer in Miami.
