Alysson & Callie's Motherhood Session
Just before the madness of COVID-19, I hosted a day of Motherhood Mini sessions. I had no idea how much these sessions would mean to me just a couple of short weeks later!
This event was dedicated to celebrating moms- it fueled my creative soul!
It’s perfect timing to share this, as well as a couple of the other sessions, with you since we’re coming up on Mother’s Day weekend.
I think we’re all feeling a little beat-up and I do hope that you are able to get some much needed “me time” in your schedule this weekend.
I had several mamas treat themselves to this wonderful opportunity and feel so lucky they were able to do this.
The mini sessions included a handful of images, as well as a little pampering- a must for Mama! NKB provided the wardrobe & Samantha Linn provided hair + makeup. In addition, we provided a goodie bag of self-care goodies.
All the moms got to gather in between sessions, which was really cool to see. Nobody understands a mom quite like a mom and I loved seeing everyone bonding over the hardest, yet most rewarding job in the world!
Fun fact, Callie (who is 1.5) goes to school with my daughter. Allyson had also planned a family session during this time but due to avoid-19 we’ve had to postpone. It would be their first family session since Callie’s been born and seems all the more important to photograph these moments together.
It was a joy to have her in front of the camera!
