Vanessa & Penelope's Motherhood Session
Welcome to Part 2 of the Motherhood Mini Sessions event!
This particular session was really neat to shoot because I actually went to grade school with Vanessa. We hadn’t seen each other in 20 years (I can’t believe it’s been that long), but we picked back up as if no time has passed at all! It was a treat to be able to reconnect- it is so fun to see people from our past in new roles. It was a full circle moment for me, with the comfort of familiarity.
Vanessa is also a natural in front of the camera, which made it really hard to choose which images to share! Her baby girl, Penelope, has the sweetest little features and the rosiest cheeks. I love this baby stage- they’re so sweet and snuggly!

Also. Quick update on other things! Since I haven’t been able to get our and shoot with the stay at home order, I put my passion toward creating a Motherhood Photography course! This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about how to take better photos of your children. This time passes so quickly and I know you all know how important I think it is to capture these precious memories while we can. Each moment is fleeting and we have to do our best to stay present yet preserve the seconds, minutes, days and weeks while we can!
